What the service is

Class Hub helps families keep a record of their children's private classes: teachers, schedules, attendance, fees, payments and balances. It is a record-keeping tool.

Your account

Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Only add information you have the right to share, such as your teachers' contact details.

Money and payments

Class Hub does not collect, hold or transfer money. Payments between you and your teachers are your own arrangement; the app only records what you enter. Balances, alerts and reports are calculated from your entries — please check them against your own records before relying on them.

AI summaries

AI-written summaries are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Treat them as a helpful overview, not as an official statement.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service, try to access other families' data, or use it to send unwanted messages.

Changes and availability

We may improve or change features over time and will try to give notice of important changes. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will never be interrupted.
